We offer free shipping on every order across the United States. Once your order is placed, it goes into processing and you'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships. Delivery windows vary depending on the item and where it's coming from, and the tracking link will always show you the latest estimate. If anything looks off with your delivery, reach out and we'll help you sort it.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with what you bring into your home. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. For other returns, reach out and we'll do our best to find a fair solution. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. To start any return or report a problem, just email us and we'll take it from there.
